Current opportunities for partnerships are in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and in the Middle East. Plans are underway to reach out to several countries in Africa, as well.

Otakar (Ota, Sr.) and his wife Renata have been in a full-time Christian ministry for almost 50 years. The first 23 years were with Trans World Radio in Monte-Carlo broadcasting Christian programs to their homeland of Czechoslovakia and 21 years with International Needs coordinating ministries in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East. With both his ministry and management experience, Ota, Sr. is well qualified for his role as the CEO of the organization.
Ota was born in Monaco, played tennis for Texas Christian University and graduated with a degree in graphic design. He worked for a packaging company for three years in Fort Worth and taught tennis for seven years at local country clubs. For the last several years, Ota has been working with his brothers in the oil and gas industry and serving as a volunteer with iConnect International at the same time. Ota took part in a number of short-term mission trips to Europe over the years. Recently he has joined the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty team in Fort Worth as one of their top producing Real Estate agents, where he provides great service, value and expertise to his clientele.
Before joining his brothers’ oil and gas company, Stephen worked as a tennis pro in Hot Springs, AR, where he also met his wife Maegan. The youngest of the three brothers, Steve played tennis for and graduated from Boise State University. Steve and Maegan have four children and attend Trinity Bible Church in Aledo, Texas, where Maegan serves on staff. Currently, Steve works for Lon Smith Roofing in Fort Worth.
Tim was born to his missionary parents in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. Before becoming a successful businessman in the oil and gas industry, Tim served as an area director for YoungLife in Mansfield, Texas. Tim and his wife Carly have three children and attend McKinney Church in Fort Worth, Texas.
Jon Sherman is the Senior Pastor at Trinity Bible Church in Willow Park, Texas, where he has served for over 18 years. His primary roles are preaching, leadership and pastoral care. Previously, he had served for 7 years as the College and Singles Pastor at McKinney Memorial Bible Church in Fort Worth, Texas. Jon lives in Weatherford with his beautiful wife Beth and their two awesome kids, Emily and Jacob.
